Nnpc recruitment and selection of personnel are part of the process through which companies hire the talent that will make them more productive and competitive. The hiring of personnel impacts the development of any business, since it depends on that being able to solve the challenges that arise.

The main objective of this process is to guarantee an organized, transparent and fair hiring process, with which the right people are onboard. Unfortunately, despite its importance, this process is sometimes not taken very seriously and is carried out in an improvised way, without strategy or control.

Previously, companies recruited and selected their employees based on their intuition, without defined procedures, which led to poor choices. Now companies compete for good talent and attract them through employer branding strategies.

At Human Quality we know that the recruitment and selection process must be well stipulated from the beginning, since otherwise, there is a risk of hiring people who are not suitable for the position, which will negatively impact the productivity of the company.

Having a well-defined nnpc recruitment and selection policy greatly reduces employee turnover. That is why it is important to choose the candidate who, in addition to fulfilling the technical skills, shares the values   of the company.

Here are some benefits of correctly implementing a nnpc recruitment and selection process: Increase hiring speed Diversify the workforce Reduce staff turnover Improves the work environment Helps to position the company as an employer brand.

Differences between recruitment and selection

Although they go hand in hand, it is worth making a distinction to carry them out in the best way:

Recruitment : it is the initial phase of the process that consists of the identification of new positions and profiles, their dissemination to recruit candidates and the receipt of resumes.

Selection : it is the final phase of the process in which the finalist is chosen from among all the applicants. It is a process that includes selection techniques, such as interviews and tests, as well as incorporation to the company.
